To place an order, a customer needs to firstly complete the online order form on our website. When ordering from this site, the form used ensures that the customer provides all of the required information, so that there will be no unnecessary delays in processing your order.
Customers must ensure that the items that they have specified on the order form are suitable.
No Refunds are given on any items.
No exchange on Swimwear due to health regulations, so please choose sizes carefully.
There will be no credit given on order price difference, due to price drops. Please select carefully at the time when you place your order.
If items ordered are in store at the time the order is placed, delivery will be 3 to 5 working days.
We do our best to make sure all sizes are available in stock, but due to the large selection of sizes and colours available, some items may be out of stock.
Delivery on these out of stock items will be between 2-5 weeks.

Salacia take no responsibility for goods that do not meet the customer’s requirements, specifications or expectations. Any suggestions that may be offered by our staff should be taken as a guide only.
Orders cannot be cancelled without the express permission given by Salacia Swimear, and then only on terms that indemnify Salacia against all losses. Any cancellation requests for an order must made as soon as possible. Cancellations attempted after the goods have been dispatched from the supplier or distributor will result in the customer having to pay the shipping and handling charges on the package, the cost of shipping the package, the cost of shipping the package back to the supplier or distributor, and a restocking fee(usually around 20%), and a $20.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation of orders will only be accepted if the goods are returned exactly the same condition that they were in when they were dispatched, (that is in a saleable, unopened condition) and their packaging has not been opened or tampered with. Cancellation requests may be communicated by email, telephone.
All orders placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Salacia Swimwear. Products, pricing and availability displayed on our website should be considered as a guide only. Prices and availability will be confirmed upon receipt of completed order form from the customer, and these prices will be verified and sent via email or given over the phone. The confirmed process and availability shall be valid for that day(24 hours) only. Delivery charges are not included in our published prices, and if delivery and or is required the customer shall pay the cost of delivery of any goods that the customer purchases. Salacia Swimwear may change prices for received orders in the event of changes, or in the event of mistakes made by us or by the suppliers or distributors. In the case of a price increase, you may cancel the order by giving notice to Salacia Swimwear, which must be received within seven days of price increase notification. Prices, specifications and availability are all subject to change without notice. All prices quoted include GST if applicable.
We require cleared payment before goods are despatched. For online orders, payment cam be made by Credit card (Visa/Mastercard/AMEX), and money order. - By Money Order – If paying by money order please make it payable to: Salacia Shop3 90/92 Queen Street Busselton W.A. 6280 - By Credit Card We Accept VISA, Master Card, AMEX We offer two types of credit card payments, which are ‘Credit card by Online’ and ‘Credit Card by Phone’. We do not process your credit card payment until the goods are ready to by shipped. Credit card details will be destroyed directly after transaction. “Salacia” will appear on your bank statement. This information will be shown at the time of confirming an online order on our website. The title of the goods supplied does not pass to the customer until the full amount is paid to Salacia Swimwear.
